25 years of leadership driving excellence and hands on experience at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo Egypt and training  with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Accor, IHG and Primerica allowed him to exceed financial expectations at various high profile companies and as helped shape Al's management style and ability to recognize the skills and talents it takes to build a dynamic team.

Team Business Accomplishments
. In 2008 he oversaw Starwood’s most successful Aloft opening to date, a $146 million dollar project which transformed an old Santa Fe Railroad warehouse into a beautiful hotel , his sales team brokered a deal during Super Bowl to sell the naming rights of the hotel for the week to Budweiser for $4 million dollars,  Al and his teams talents and expertise has been recognized by not only the major brands but also partnering with owners and management companies such as TMI, John Q Hammons and Janus Hotels to assist in creating opportunities to cut cost while increasing revenue thus delivering higher profits. Through focus and strategic labor management, property owners have received superior financial achievements and saved upwards of $600 million dollars in cost reductions and much more. his achievements were not only recognized through the Brand but also through national publications such as Travel Weekly and Hotel Design Magazine.  Al Hunter have built and sold 2 successful travel agencies currently sits on Board of Trustees for JAJ Academics LLC. At Primerica he continue his passion of helping families create their own financial freedom.
